Club Goals for the coming year

I'd like to recommend the club set some clear goals for itself this year, and then develop plans to achieve those goals. Below are my ideas and ideas that have been presented at recent meetings etc. Please feel free to add your own ideas here as well. I recommend we discuss these in detail at the next meeting and vote on a set list of goals, then begin asking for volunteers to take on an action plan for each goal. For now, just throw your ideas out there, and we can refine them at the meeting.

Goals:
-Host a Road Race sometime during the season with a showing of not less than ?? riders.
-Host or be actively involved in putting on a mountain bike race some time during the regular race season.
-Host an alley-cat/scavenger hunt race sometime during the year
-Renew and solidify Sponsor relationships no later than April
-Be directly involved in the organization of Soldier Ride 2012, if one is conducted
-Organize a committed race team that competes in at least XX number of races throughout the season
-Launch and continue 'Bikes for Bagram.'
-Launch and maintain at least one other ongoing community involvement effort
-Conduct some sort of trail maintenance/access project (benches on trails, signage, re-opening closed sections of trail, trail buidling etc.)

Other ideas?
