The K.M.C. Cycling Club is a diverse group of people from across the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) brought together by a common interest in cycling and cycling advocacy. Whether through racing, group rides, community involvement or social events centered on cycling, K.M.C. Cycling's primary purpose is to further the sport of cycling in the KMC, and provide a valuable cycling outlet to its members. We are a not-for-profit organization that values diversity, friendship and, above all, a good ride.

Club Meeting!!!

KMC Cycling meeting on Wednesday 2 Feb, 2011 at 1730. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The meeting will be held at the burgschaenke in Hohenecken

Sort of downtown for most of us. If it is on your way not a problem, for the rest of us it is a parking fiasco.

Already working on it. Sent them an email for the reservation yesterday. Just waiting on the reply. I will give them a call today.

But I've got no issues wherever we meet. When I have to go all the way form K-Town east to Ramstein... pretty much EVERYTHING is 'on the way home.' or at least not too much of a detour...

There is a parking garage near the pub, about a 36 second walk I would say. Their culinary offerings are pretty limited, but we can always arrange pizza or something. Since they are a sponsor, I don't think we should rule this out as a possible location for occasional meetings.

We are not ruling it out, but for the evening meeting it isn't very central. I do want to hit it up for some other club functions. I could use a good Guinness.
The place is set I reserved a table at the burgschanke in Hohenecken.
