Who knows. The above listed options don't sound bad. I am going to try to get a spot on the far end of the field in the curve. Look for a blue easy up canopy with a KMC Jersey hanging from it. We shouldn't be hard to find.


I do not have a banner or anything like that. What a shame.

Maybe a sheet and some shoe polish will work

If you guys are interested. I have the legendary Purple Couch. Many a drunken nights have been had upon this beast. Its soaked with so much beer its almost water proof! Who has a truck that wants to pick it up before the race?

Don't Mis the party Friday night! Its going to be huge! MTBrs from all over the world are converging. Single, Geared, Bmx, Uni, and whatever human powered mile grabbers exist . Bring a tent and get really drunk! PEACE!

Is anyone planning on trying to make it to Kommando Pfifferling tomorrow night? 15 euro and all the fine German grub you can eat. Don't make me the only one from KMC Cycling that shows up. It is at the sport club house or whatever just before the sportfield where SiS is.Come track me down at the KMC site on the SiS field. Kendall, you need to be there.

I went to the ER last night because that bee sting was (still is) continuing to swell. Good thing I did, since this red streak was creeping up my forearm. This morning, it is up to my bicep. I don't know what that bee was doing before it stung me, but they think I have staph in my lymphatic system in that limb. Tetanus shot and antibiotics, arm in a sling. Took sick leave today. There is a good chance I will not make SiS, which pisses me off ohne ende. WTF. Also, the only time I should ever have to type with only my left hand is when I'm surfing for internet pr0n.

@eurotrash- that sucks. I hope it is better Saturday so you can ride. If not you can still come hang out and enjoy the party.

I just return from "The KMC Cycling SiS HQ" and we are set for yet another GREAT event!!! We are pretty much in the same spot as last year but closer to the running track. Steve and I situated the site so we will have front row a view of all the action not to mention easier access for teams to change riders. I'm going out again in the morning to drop off another load and hope to have pic's posted shortly there after...I forgot my camera today. Looking forward to an Outstanding event!!!

BTW, I took my gas grill out there so if you wanna bring your own meat to grill please feel free. I just ask for a small donation to help pay for the gas...

Additional Note: there is no Cell Phone reception at the camp site!!!

Hey did you guys get wet?

We are nice and dry!

Just returned, all is well and in one piece!!! It was a wet muddy ride last night and a MTBing experience I will never forget....I'll post some pic's later...

8 KMCers at the race. Very wet and muddy as Mark said. They closed the course down around 4:00 so I am told. I was taking a nap at the time. Mother nature seemed to have it in for me. It would rain just before I would start riding, and stop as I was finishing. Did I mention there was lots of mud.

The roof is on fire!
