Mission Statement

The K.M.C. Cycling Club is a diverse group of people from across the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) brought together by a common interest in cycling and cycling advocacy. Whether through racing, group rides, community involvement or social events centered on cycling, K.M.C. Cycling's primary purpose is to further the sport of cycling in the KMC, and provide a valuable cycling outlet to its members. We are a not-for-profit organization that values diversity, friendship and, above all, a good ride.

I am splitting my Sundays between the road bike and my mountain bike, next weekend is for the MTB. I would like to ride something a little more like a loop this coming weekend, although endure/free ride style isn't out of the question.

The weather is supposed to be nice: Weatherunderground reports for Rodalben "Partly cloudy. High of 9C. Low of 2C. 0% Chance of Precipitation. Breezy. Winds from the SSW at 10 to 20 km/h."

Anyone else game to ride one side (or both) of the F trail?

Well, if we are only going halfway 'round, then I say we should stay with our normal 0930 show, 1000 start. If anyone else is game for the full loop, then I think we should move the start up at least an hour. Are you up for the full loop?

me and a few H-berg guys and maybe "The Dude" (depending on vehicle capacity) are showing up Sunday around 09:30ish, and are planning on doing the full loop.

Woot! The loop, the loop! 0930 it is. I will have one of my crappy helmets, since my new MTB helmet hasn't arrived, and I am not interested in wearing FF on a trail ride.

I am also posting to Vimeo, but the Google Drive side should allow for downloads, which Vimeo will not. Once I have the Vimeo upload done, I should be able to imbed the video here.
