Minutes August 28 2012

Here ya go :-)

1. Treasurer’s Report--$383 in account. Working on switching names on bank card. Mike will figure out what we have to do. John suggested members be required to maintain an IMBA account
2. Fall Elections—next meeting (end of September) we will hold nomination and within one week will hold elections
3. Discussed ideas for a fall get tighter/club social
4. Jerseys—motioned and seconded having Voler as our jersey supplier. Passed 7 to 1 vote. I dissenting view due to concern about whether or not we can order larger sized jerseys through them. This will be researched.

By September meeting we want our jersey design to be nailed down so we can go to Voler with the design. Plan to vote one week before our next meeting.

5. Open Forum—Discussed opening up the ride thread on the forum so that people do not have to be registered in order to view our rides. Motioned and seconded to make the ride thread ope to folks who are not registered with the forum. Passed by majority vote. Please note other threads will still require registration in order to be viewed in order to protect our members’ privacy.

Suggested adding socks and possibly hats to our jersey order. People seemed to like this idea. This will be researched.
