Mission Statement

The K.M.C. Cycling Club is a diverse group of people from across the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) brought together by a common interest in cycling and cycling advocacy. Whether through racing, group rides, community involvement or social events centered on cycling, K.M.C. Cycling's primary purpose is to further the sport of cycling in the KMC, and provide a valuable cycling outlet to its members. We are a not-for-profit organization that values diversity, friendship and, above all, a good ride.

Let's meet at 1130 at the south side gym starting Wednesday. Then we will see about Thursday and Friday. Bring some nice weather.

Since they are working on the gate it will make it hard for me to make the ride since I will be coming from ROB. I will have to adjust my route until they get it down.

Jim,

You can get in through the LVIS gate. It drops you off on perimeter road.

The road from einsiedlerhof is open to the east gate. You will have to go through rodenbock to get back though as the road headed south from the east gate is closed.

27 Sep Lunch ride

Hey all,

I am doing lunch rides this week from ROB. I have a 16 mile rolling hill and a 22 mile course that I just add a extra road to the 16 mile loop.

I usually leave at around 11:30 so if you want to ride let me know. Everyday this week. Link for the 22 mile course is below.

Here is the 16 mile course.

Don't worry about the average speed this can be adjusted to who ever show up so that nobody gets left behind or we can have a good conversatoin.
