Mission Statement

The K.M.C. Cycling Club is a diverse group of people from across the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) brought together by a common interest in cycling and cycling advocacy. Whether through racing, group rides, community involvement or social events centered on cycling, K.M.C. Cycling's primary purpose is to further the sport of cycling in the KMC, and provide a valuable cycling outlet to its members. We are a not-for-profit organization that values diversity, friendship and, above all, a good ride.

Front derailleur Empty Front derailleur

So I've got the parts together for a new trailbike, all pretty and shiny and sitting in my workspace... EXCEPT for the front derailleur. I forgot that Nashbar takes 4-6 weeks to get their junk out here when I ordered mine. I'm tired of feeling let down by checking the mail twice a day, knowing all along that I might not see it before Christmas. Since I want to get this bike on the trail, I was wondering if anyone had a spare E-type or Direct Mount front derailleur that I could buy or borrow for a week or two, or trade for other shiny parts. Longshot, yes, but I thought I should throw it out there, since I'm more likely to get lucky here than at the mailroom waiting for F-ing Nashbar!
