Road Ride...31 Dec @ 1300 or 01 Jan @ 0900

Anyone interested in riding about 50-70k Monday (31 Dec) afternoon or Tuesday (01 Jan) morning? If there is interest, the plan would be to depart from the Ramstein Southside Fitness Center at 1300 Monday or 0900 Tuesday and head North for 50-70k in the hills...or flats. By the way, the North ascent of the Schneeweiderhof has smoothed out a bit, so it's good to go again. The Potzberg is always an option too. Times, departure locations, routes, and pace are all negotiable. Post up if interested.

I might be interested in the new years eve ride, but right now I probably can't maintain more than a 25-28kmh avg speed even with a draft partner...
If this ain't too much of a snail's pace for you, this might be reason enough to pull the road bike off the trainer...

I'll be fine with that pace. I just want to get some riders on the road with me. I get really tire of talking to myself out there.

As it turns out, I guess the new years eve plans my wife signed us up for start early I the afternoon, do I won't make the ride. Nor will I be in any sort of riding condition at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Maybe next time...

I'm working on Monday, so that's a no go. We were discussing a ride on Tuesday, not sure about time and place. 0900 may be a bit early, but it would be fun if we had a group. I'll knw more tomorrow evening.

I'm flexible on the time. I just listed 0900 because the weather forcast is for afternoon showers, so an early ride would have avoided the wet. Let me know what time works best for you, and I can meet you wherever is convenient.
