Off season training schedule

Post by BrianLask on Mon Nov 29, 2010 3:54 pm

I am not sure if any of you are aware of this, but I am way busier than everyone else.
I do however like to ride my indoor trainer when I get a chance and this is what I usually do.

Once a week I do one of these seven types of workouts
http://www.tacx.com/tacx-coach/trainingsprogrammas/index.dot

and once a week I do some long riding

The workouts are originally designed with the Tacx trainers in mind, but you could do them anyway you want.

I look forward to improving on my first ever season of road racing with some more experience and better quality (and more) mileage.
