For the record we didn't get lost. I did have to stop and weigh the options at the cross roads though. We managed to do the loop pretty quick considering that. Perfect weather for a MTB ride! Next 2 Thursdays I'll be travelling so I can't make those rides. Hoping for dry weather in Dallas and OKC!

Maybe 60/40 Singletrack with double track transitions. This is a good introduction to the area with a little bit of everything, a good loop for the week night that won't keep you out to late. I rode it with my son on Sunday and the Rock Garden descent that folks in the past were complaining was getting to easy is now longer and more brutal. The rains this year really carved out some new obstacles...
