END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
So at last weeks meeting it was decided that we would spend the remaining money on pizza and beer following a F trail ride. The date is set for next Saturday, October 5th. Meet at the Lidl parking lot at 1400. Post ride at pizza restaurant in Rodalban. Entire bill should be paid for with club funds. Don't miss out on this opportunity to ride an awesome trail and a free meal with beer.
Post up if you plan on making it. Gregg, can you pull the money out in Euro?

Assuming I can work a kitchen pass, I'm in...will run it by CINC-house and confirm. F trail is a mountain bike ride, no? Can someone post up w/ a GPS address? Thanks!

Dozer, the GPS lat/long for the Lidl parking lot will get you to the meeting place. The singletrack goes around Rodalban. Probably some of the best single-track in Germany.

Hopefully I'll have one of the bikes ready to roll on Sat (at the shop getting the brakes fixed).

You don't need a shop to help do your brakes with a network of riders like this!Ramjm_2000 wrote:Hopefully I'll have one of the bikes ready to roll on Sat (at the shop getting the brakes fixed).

Re: END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
Alright, it is shaping up to be an epic end of year party. Â Jonesy is hooking us up with reservations for around 1700 which gives us 3 hours of ride time. Â DO NOT miss this opportunity. Â Also, we need to discuss whether we continue elections, do we need officers, nominations, etc., so there will be club business discussed.
Since there will be free beer, consider car-pooling and designated drivers. Â Post up if you need a ride or have extra room.
Right now, looks like a head count of around 8 or 9. Â I know there are more people out there, so post up if you plan on attending. Â What does not get spent at the dinner will be donated to the Fischer House.

Coming from Bruchmühlbach-Miesau. I drive a Mini that has no bike rack at the moment so I can't really carry more people with me.
Re: END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
not going to be able to make the ride, but I can make dinner. I will be there.

Re: END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
OK, dinner reservations are set at Theo's Risto. They don't open untill 18:00, so that's when our reservation is. Gives us a good 4-hour ride.
Theo's address is Haupstrasse 1, Rodalben. It's that italian place on the right hand side when we're riding from tge A-side end back to Lidl. Just around the corner from the Lidl.

Awesome Jonesy, this will give us enough time for the full loop. We should be nice and hungry.
Mark, if you want to bring my SiS belongings, I can take it off your hands.

Re: END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
Well I'm going to own up to a major violation of Rule #5 and wimp out of the ride due to rain and fighting a cold.
I am in for the dinner/meeting. See y'all at 18:00.

Re: END OF SEASON RIDE/DINNER
The trail drains very well and since it hasn't rained all week, should be no problem. I still plan on riding, hopefully the entire loop.
