A few guys who have ridden with me have especially liked my bike rack, which mounts into the smaller (1 1/4 inch) US U-hitch. It is on sale at Competitive right now for $233.

I have a question in regards to rear racks. On the road this weekend I started noticing rear bike racks on cars as we had a long drive down from Bremerhaven. These cars had an extra tag on the bike rack that matched the two plates on the car. Is this a requirement to have a third plate on the bike rack?

you need the third tag. Your plates cannot be blocked from view.

I think ZenkeM had one made, he might be able to tell you where to get one.

Assume you just get that from the RMV? But what is the process? Any tips are appreciated. I have a Thule T2 rack coming in my HHG so I will need the tag.

Wanting to get a roof rack for my Mini
