Mark: I saw how fast you and Justin were on your Niners'. I had to gets me sum o dat! They were blowing out the 2011 frames and I had some other plans for my trusty steel frame. The bike is light and fast, but the EBB makes a lot of noise. No stealth attacks on this one.
It was another good day for KMC Cycling. We were few in numbers for our local race, but managed to crowd the podium in in the series, and local standings! The woman’s division is still uncontested. Nice work everyone!

Free beer and Funions was a great recovery recipe! We had to pay for beer and food this time. Lame.
Seriously, despite their non ediable awards, this was a great event and I wish more people were able to participate. Next year.

It's the One9. It croaks like a frog on the climbs. Not sure if this is normal, or just an additional feature of the snazzy green paint?

I had the same problem with mine, turned out to be the seat post. I greased it and turned the clamp around...problem solved...

No...we got some real shwag this time. After getting medals from Steve Selvey for the U.S. Forces Europe race, we got on the podium again for placing in the German race...pretty sweet. Was a really beautiful day...you guys missed a good one. Hopefully next year we can make a weekend out of it and put a RR or other event on the day before.

I ended up getting stuck in Graf for an extra day doing some luberjack work. Friday/Saturday we were digging a airdrop load out of the woods that went of DZ, and I was destroyed when I finally made it home. A day of sleep was all I wanted yesterday.

That sounds dirty. What's this "luberjack" work you speak of? Something to do with the load, I'm sure.spookyload wrote:I ended up getting stuck in Graf for an extra day doing some luberjack work. Congrats to the finishers!
