I would venture to guess it would fit anyone 4'10" to 5' 3", it is not entirely complete, mainly lacking a wheelset, but I could probably find one in the garage to go with it. It has like new 105 shifters, Ultegra rear derailleur that has seen better days, like new Ritchey crankset (165mm), and other mixed components like a felt carbon seatpost.
If you are interested I can send some pics.
UPDATE: This has been sold.

Re: Swap-Meet Thread
My eyes were welling up a bit as I handed it over to the postman. It was a rocket ship, but I’m not sure NASA would of bought off on the EBB design. I was worried I might be mobbed by frosch on the trail during their annual migration. I have a Spot frame inbound from CO. Belt drive. If it’s not here in time, the Pug will be on deck for Garmisch!
No Justin, I didn’t think I would be able to get you to swap, but I had to lob that out there. The Kermit might get a makeover. Cow spots…

Are you going single or internal multi-speed? Very jealous for either.

Re: Swap-Meet Thread
you're definitely going to earn the "most popular bike" award at garmisch with either the pug or a belt drive SS.

I'm going to stick with the SS for now, and will be saving my pennies for a Rohloff. It's not a Moots ... but I think it will serve me well.
Anyone have any tips for painting carbon fiber?

Clear Krylon. Done.
Seriously though...getting the old finish off is the only challenge. Sanding is your only choice as chemical strippers will do unkind things to the carbon. As for paint, as long as it isn't powder coat, you should be fine.
