Interested in joining the club!
I am an amateur cyclist who enjoys both road biking and mountain biking (although I am currently in the market for a new mountain bike since my old one was recently stolen!) I recently heard about your club and I would love to join to get some riding in. What do I need to do to get started?

Re: Interested in joining the club!
KCoffey,
You're already there! There are currently no club dues or requirements... only a passion for riding. Regular rides are posted on the website, but check here in the forum to confirm the meeting time, and make sure folks are actually riding. Typically the better the weather the more regular the rides.
Most rides are posted under 'Calendar and Events' though occasionally folks will post rides under 'Mountain' or 'Road.'
Welcome to KMC Cycling, and hope to see you soon ont he road or trail.

I heard you have to sacrifice a small animal or jump a fiery revine, but I am not sure.

You said firey ravine...was that your goal last fall when you made the plunge at Neustadt? LOL...that never gets old.
Welcome KCoffey...we will even forgive the 29er. Lost of great riding here and usually a decent crowd to do it with.
