Some of you know my wife is a road cyclist and she just got selected to compete as part of the US Armed Forces Cycling Team at CISM 2013 (military world cycling championships) in Belgium, 2-6 Sept -- this is the first time that a womens event has been included so it's kind of a big deal. As part of the team prep it looks like they'll be in the Ramstein area for about a week or so before the event--with a little luck we might see the team out on some training rides. I have a list of the team but it hasn't been officially released so I can't share in it's entirety, but if you have a bud or budette that you think might have made the team, shoot me a PM and I'll check for you.

Think happy thoughts for the team and if you find yourself bored during that week--Belgium is just a few hours away!

cheers, matt
