Re: Burnin that winter fat away!
I hope you find some roads that are clear and you keep warm. Great to see you training. Looking forward to riding with you some in the near future.
I have opted for the warmer training event. I just completed Spnerval #5 have mercy 90 minute work out.
You making the Stew ride this weekend? I will as long as I can get out of my driveway.
I am thinking about doing the Cross race if they have it on Sat.

Krock1: thats some good stuff, What is your racing schedule look like this year. I just found out I have a good 365 days of no wife training coming this March so I can adjust my schedule to whatever I feel like it.
I have been working on swim/riding with most of the work on the Tacx trainer. Looking forward to doing the Amstel Gold race on April 16th. Should be an awesome ride! Anyone interested?

Yes! Myself and a few others will be riding Amstel this year. Registration starts on 10 Jan 2011 and will fill up fast! I was able to ride some of this route in September when I was TDY to Glons, BE and the climbs are not that long, just steep as hell. If there is anyone wanting to carpool I have room for two riders and bikes. Just let me know...also, when is the next no-drop mtb ride? Anyone up for this Sat at the woog around 10'ish? I have become such a l...o...a...d... because of the holidays and leave and need to ride!

Amstel gold race is on my calender. I did it last year and it was a blast. However don't count on me hagin with you the hole time. You'll just tire me out. I wait until the first before I lock in all race dates. For me it goes like this TRI's first then road, MTB, Marathon, Half and one swim. All mixed with MTB,or Rd Marathons for fun.

Watch out for the black ice that out this morning.
