Sorry we missed you, we started at 0730 and finished the 55Km route somewhere around 1300, had a swank and beer. I looked for your car but didn't see it...

I guess you guys didn't list KMC Cycling on the signup sheet then. I was looking for people.

When I registered they didn't ask for the club name. What route did you ride...

Dead Garmin
The battery on my Garmin died at 60km in. I rode the 70km. I was fairly impressed wi this ride, it included the most difficult technical single track I've ridden in Germany. Almost all the downhills were single track, almost all the uphills were double. The trail was very well marked, there was only one spot where I hesitated, because there was a fresh Forstwerkher trail that split off the track. Had a lot of fun, and now I ache and am really tired.

Here's mine but I found out today that if I kick my speed sensor while pedaling I lose my speed and distance data so this is not totally accurate:

Talked with Daniel a bit ago. Asked him about the water crossing you guys had last year. We had a small one, but nothing like I remember from you picture last year. There was a fairly new bridge, so I am guessing they built a bridge over it this year. It was pretty muddy this year. Haven't seen a course hold water like this one did. Seemed like about 1/4 of it was sticky mud, but there was usually a somewhat rideable line though the gunk in most places.
Really enjoyed the course, but was glad to see the finish. The Jetlag was not my friend on this ride for sure. Got to ride with powerpro for the first time this year on his first CTF. Good time. You were definately missed Steve.

What a Ride yesterday!!! While some parts looked familiar they change the course this year. The roots and mud really beat me up. I feel like I did a thousand push up and sit-ups...

You get chased by flys all the way to the top of the climb again?

Yah, but this year I had bug spray on and was able to out run them a majority of the time...they will motivate you to keep moving....
