Tuesday Road Ride
If you are interested in doing a road ride on Tuesday, leaving at 1730 from the South Side Gym at Ramstein, post up here.
Route is negotiable as is the pace.
Initial thought was about 25-30 miles at 18-20 ish average speed.

Re: Tuesday Road Ride
Brian,
I'm interested in getting a weekly road ride going. I will plan on hooking up with you for this one, then we can strategize what the best day/time will be for subsequent rides.

A couple of suggestions:
Flat [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Hilly [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Both are close to 25 miles, the flat one is slightly longer and the hilly one is slightly shorter.

Re: Tuesday Road Ride
I think this is a good idea and a weeknight road ride will probably attract some attention.
I can’t make it for the 1730 start but thought it was worth a bump.

Re: Tuesday Road Ride
I definitely like the looks of the more hilly route. My main concerns for planning are traffic, traffic and traffic. I don't know the flow up that way in the evening, so we may need to check out a couple of routes before it's finalized. Would like to see a course which takes 2 hours. I plan to see you at 1730, Brian. I haven't heard from some of the other "roadies" out there...where are ya?

Re: Tuesday Road Ride
Brian and all other roadies,
Sorry I have not been out there with you guys. I am coaching "3" youth softball teams, thus the schedule has been a mess. We just returned from the Netherlands...swept the tournament and brought home the trophy. We are now prepping for the Softball Little League World Series qualifiers. Lots of work to be done and little time to get there.
I did get in an early 30 mile ride yesterday...hopefully I can catch up with some of you for a ride this weekend.

Re: Tuesday Road Ride
I can make it if the ride is on Tuesday this week. I live in the Potzberg area, so I'm pretty familiar with the local backroads/bike paths (paved).
