With a group of 5 strong riders we all stared at the sideways rain and took defeat with honor and dry clothes. Thanks to all that came out and rode with me over the three years. I have learned so much riding with you guys and am at least a little prepared for the Rockies. Before I came here the big hills were the overpasses in KS and MI. My first group ride I hit a car and got dropped and left behind by a group and made it through all this with some great miles of scenic German riding. I even bought a mountain bike. Ha.

Best wishes and happy riding. Hope to hear more stories of race wins. If anyone wants to visit Colorado, look me up. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Charlie, thanks for the info. I have marked a few of those events. Enjoy the riding.

Brian,

It was awesome riding with you last summer. Sounds like I missed out on some really good recent rides...anyways. Wish you and the wife the best of luck in Colorado...enjoy the Rockies.
