Sunday MTB ride. Hospital castle kindsbach gwoog ride!!

Sunday morning at 1000. We will be meeting at the Landstuhl Castle parking lot and rolling from there. Plan is to do the hospial loop then on to kindsbach and gwoog. Do the woog loop and ride back to the castle. The ride is around 62km long with around 1200Hm. Post up if you are going to join us.

Let's say I show up at 1100hrs and start riding to Kindsbach. What are my chances of running into you guys??? BTW, I think you'll get more then 1200 mtrs of vert...

I dont know, the hospital loop usually takes about 1.5 hours. Maybe you should call us from the parking lot. Matt is going to meet us at the woog. The Garmin profile from the last time has it at 1,072Hm. Maybe we will get a surprise.

No, but you could refill at the castle after the hospital loop before we head out to the woog.

If your refering to my Garmin profile....there was a big pause where I forgot to turn it back on...I'll have to dig a little deep but let me see if I can find the second time I did this ride with Gmony...
