The subject was discussed in the Winter Gravity thread, but should be posted as a ride.

I hope it offers at least some good terrain. Alternative would be to see how T-stadt or Schopp is holding up.

Any takers? Going once... Going twice...

Good times today. Hochspeyer felt more like sledding/skiing than biking with the snow over dry leaves over frozen ground. Four runs in, we decided to get stupid at Dirtpark Trippstadt. We were in way over our heads, even without the snow... But that didn't stop us from making asses of ourselves having a good time for a couple hours. The switch to flat pedals and full battle rattle with an unfamiliar, untuned bike made for some interesting results. At least crashing is mostly painless with all that pro gear. I think a weekly ride out there would be fun...

Fun times, though my wrists are pissed off. We will definitely have to get out and earn some of our dirtpark fun with a shovel later this year.
