Sufferfest Videos
Trying my trainer out during the crummy weather last week I lasted all of about 30 minutes before I had to decide between getting off the bike or finding a firearm with which to shoot myself.
I've heard good things about these sufferfest videos, and figured I might try one.
anybody got one on DVD or as a file that I could borrow or copy?
Thanks.

Jonesy,
Any luck with finding a copy of one of these videos?
I'd like to try one to see how good they are before plunking down cash for a couple of them.

I've got the Threshold test...if you want I could put it on a thumb drive. I'm going to be at your office on Wednesday...

With some false motivation from my Zune I can usually make it for an hour. Today was my first ride in over three weeks and I have to say the Trainer can't even come close to the hills around here...

I've been using Sufferfest for a while now and feel they are totally worth the $12 per video. They also offer 100% money back if you don't feel you got enough suffering out of it. Weve used Spinervals and a few other, but nothing compares IMO.
