The ride in

Post by thedude76 on Tue Nov 30, 2010 9:01 am

Did anyone else commute in to work today? Was a great ride. You get to work and the place is deserted because the roads are red and nobody came in. WTF.

Ya...rode in from Bann. I enjoyed yesterday a bit more when the snow was virgin and no ruts/ice bumps had formed. Supposedly going to get worse...I mean better as the week progresses.

I plan on riding in again on Thursday. It seems much safer than driving at the moment. Cool

Funny, this is exactly the argument I was making to a work colleague today...

Ya...was probably me. I did get out right around 1630 and left the West gate. I headed straight across the road into the woods.

Rode in this morning. The fog was awfula nd made for slow going, but the rain and melt over the weekend made the bike paths and bike lanes rideable again. It was nice not to play frogger for 23km this morning.

I rode in as well. The helmet light made for a crazy bright haze in front of my face w/ all the moisture in the air.
