Calling all multisport athletes

Just a quick post to say that I know you are out there. Those of you who get off the bike and put one foot in front of the other, brave the cold waters, etc, etc, etc. You may have seen my previous posts about the berglauf series and the Trierer X-duathlon. I will be perusing the web for more interesting races over the next couple of months. It's a great way to keep fit, and sane, during the long, cold winter months. Please post any races you come across. I plan to post some training programs and will try to get interested folks together for some weekend brick workouts. More to come!

Anyone knwo where to buy/rent tri suits? What is the rule here, are they allowed all year.

It depends on the temperature of the water and length of swim. If its UCI the judges will make the call. However this usually only applies to the races in France and Belgium. Most of the races if done in Deutschland are, where em if you got em to include outdoor pool sprints. Just check out trimapper.com. It should give you a good list of events in this area. Through the links you will be able to see with or without. I hope this helps.
