Sunday 10:30 MTB Castle to Gwoog

Post by thedude76 on Sat Jun 18, 2011 5:25 pm

If anyone is interested, I plan on starting at the castle and riding to Gwoog. Stopping at the camp ground for a beer along the way. Depending on how I feel, maybe the hospital loop will be added at the end. It should be around 30km. If you are in, post up.

Maybe. It is fathers day, so I might be committed to a breakfast I don't know about. I have fallen a couple time on the pumpkin in the last week and might skip out on rain to avoid wet falls. It took a full day to clear the cobwebs from the crash on thursday. I am on moderate house arrest for that.

I am 90% committed to meet you there, but I am also 100% committed to a bottle of Cuban Rum right now.

Yeah! I put new bearings in my Christini AWD, so I'm good to go.

Is the calibration on your Garmin right for calories? 6000+ calories in 3.5 hours seems high.

I didn't have the heart rate monitor on so it's not going to be accurate...

I guess I wanted to make this one count!!! The other day it was a combination of equipment failure and (like Jim said) Lead in my legs...
