Mountain Biking by yourself sucks...

Post by Road_Rage on Tue Jun 07, 2011 8:55 pm

I don't know what happened today, but the MTB crew did not show up. So I decided to head out by myself. Because Rodalben is pretty close to my house I decided to give it a shot. Now I know why no one wants to ride the “F” trail after work. Of course, I had no one to follow so I had to turn around many times. At one point I decided to ride the road back to the house. As I was going up the long steep climb I lost my drive and headed back into the woods. I was able to find the F trail again and because I liked it so much the first time, I decided to do the ride again.
Still had a good time. Very Happy Very Happy

Yah, what he said...how's the new ride??? That's a pretty good ride you had, I wish I could have joined you but this is a bad week to ride for me. I hope to get some good vert in this weekend though...

The bike rode real nice and the frame is pretty stiff. I don't like the fork's weight, but I do like the way it performs. I have some adjustments to do, but all in all I am happy with my Chinese carbon fiber frame. Let me know when you have time to do my tires. I want to get that done soon.

Maybe after a ride this weekend at Rodalben or half of Waldfischbach I can come by your house and we can take care of it.
