Moving Day for Jonesy
OK all,
I am moving to Oberhmohr in June, and the Army is not moving me this time, so I have to do it myself, because I don''t happen to have several thousand EUROS in pocket that are looking for something to be spent on.
June 25th is the main move day for us, but I will also be moving various stuff the week prior.
If any of you are bored on the 25th of June, and randomly think to yourself "I'd liek to help someone move today!" Let me know I can help you out with that problem. We've already enlisted the help of family in the area, but any further offers of assistance will be gratefully accepted.
I currently live on base. I'm renting a moving truck for the 25th and 26th, and will use my pickup to do some 'her and there' moving from about the 21st onward.
If any of you are interested in helping, I can offer payment in the form of beer and pizza while moving (just not TOO much beer while you're lifitng heavy stuff etc.), and a big barbecue or pizza party sometime in July for everyone that helps with the move.
I can also offer my sincere gratitude, good karma, and the return of a favor should you find yourself needing some kind of assistance I can provide.
Anyway, like I said, if you are looking for something to do on the 25th, and want to help, please PM me, if not, no worries, see ya around.
