Landstuhl Castle - Tuesday - 1800 - No drop Mtn Bike Ride

Starting from the Landstuhl Castle parking lot, this ride is around 90 minutes, give or take, depending on the group that shows. Post if you are going to make it! See ya there.

I have been in the states for the past two weeks. I am planning on touching down in Ramstein around 2pm. I am going to try to make it depending on how I feel.

OUCH! Just OUCH. Good ride and who said you need lights for night riding. Oh. I did and several other people have told me the same thing. Maybe I would have seen that square marker and not fallen over the edge of the trail last night.

Glad I ran into you all out there, it was a nice ride!

Oh, and KMC X9, part # CH4096 is a good chain to try. $16 at bikeisland. Never seen so much broke chain carnage on one ride that was not courtesy of SRAM!

Dude...did you break another chain? You need to quit putting so much power to the pedals. You probably should start riding your Ghost again since the new Rocky make you gerenerate too much power

I wish it would have been a short creek bridge; that way the climb up wouldn't have been so difficult.

Yup it broke again. I picked up a new one today. The other guy riding with us broke his 3 times.

I am guessing you used all your spare pins on his chain then.

Nope, we managed to use his pins. Sometimes its good to have a bike shop on your back.

I was damn suprised you didn't pull a wheel truing stand out of there the other day. LOL.
