Hello KMC Cycling
Hello my name is Monte I've been at Ramstein for one year. I love to ride, mountain and road. I am starting my training for the Zurich Triathlon in July. I hope to meet tons of motivated people and have some good rides this year.

Re: Hello KMC Cycling
Yo Monty sorry I haven't responded yet. There are a couple of us 3-sport fans on the site. I signed up for Mallorca IM in Sept, and just found out I'm getting PCSd back to Langley in the Summer...so I'm debating whether to transfer the registration fee to a race in the states (not too many still open)...OR sucking it up and eating the massive airline fare from Virginia to Mallorca.
At any rate, post up with your training plan and hopefully we can meet up. Mine is all over the place with kids in sports after school. Normally I ride the trainer in the morning before work, then either run or swim at lunch or after work.
Also, the Wednesday Road ride and Tues/Thurs Mtn bike rides should start kicking offo soon as the daylight increases.
