I thought that was the prize for completing.

Anyone have an extra threaded co2 they could loan me for the marathon tomorrow? I just realized I am out and now the shop is closed. Something I hope I will not need to actually use!
Thanks,
Mike

Sorry, bro. I rooted around a bit, but came up with only one. I'm hoping not to have to use it as well, so the one should do us just fine...right See you in the am.

Understatement of the year.
Any of you "fast guys" get a total elevation on the long course, my GPS flaked out on me at the end? I rode every friggen meter of that course though, just curious how high we climbed.

Climbing on the long course. 6620 ft of climb 43 miles.
Total ride time 5:02 moving time with out stop 4:05.
Here is our profile from the ride.
Really good ride same course as last time it rode it. This time I did not start to cramp until after the beer stop but only a small cramp.

Mike post the pictures when you get a chance.
KMC Well represented today. Hope to get more riders at the next one.

Wow, nice ride guys, thanks for the data. I had 6:22 on the bike, and felt every minute of it! By the end I was popping Electrolyte capsules like Pez trying to keep the cramps away.

Great time at the "Dust Bowl"
Ya, ditto on the great day. I'm sure that I'll be feeling it tomorrow. That was the most well supported ride I have ever been on. The frozen coffee drink in the middle and bier haus near the end were my favorites!

I hope that stuff looked better once it got cleaned up. Hope it heals up quick.

You definaely could have used the dermatologist at the finish line. Guessing you probably woke up stuck to the sheets. Post up some snaps! How does the eye look this morning? Guessing that is pretty black too.

I was really impressed by the support on this ride, great day! I started cramping pretty bad around the 55k mark, it's nice to have good friends that keep pushing you at that point - literally! Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the incident
Hope you aren't hurting too badly this morning, Mark. At least you were fairly close to the finish. Next time we should all be sporting the team kits and maybe an easy-up tent to hang out under.

OK...I am a little slow on the uptake, but I am not seeing a place to upload pictures on KMC Cycling.

Anyone interested in writing up a narrative for the homepage? Post it here, and I'll put it on the webpage as soon as I can.
