Looking at doing a few classes at Ramstein during lunch. Does anyone know what type of cleats I need for the pedals? They are two sided with some form of clip in on one side, toe straps on the other. I have used Speedplay for so long I can't recognize cleat types. Is it SPD or SPD-R or SPD-L (I think I read that somewhere). Is there a way to tell from looking? Also I have road shoes to use for it only so if it is SPD I am guessing I will have to buy some adapters to make them compatible with soles drilled for LOOK style cleats. In the past I have taken a pedal wrench and just installed my speedplays on the bike I want to use, but that is a PITA. They weren't receptive to me leaving them on a bike though the classes never fill up.
